YOU MUST PRE-BOOK ALL TICKETS
We cannot (due to government rules) allow anyone on site who has not pre-booked their tickets online.
Therefore we will be turning away anyone without a ticket on the driveway.
Please do not put the staff in the position of having to deal with any conflict/raised voices as this will put them at risk. We will take your details and deal with you in a timely manner via email.
You must show your ticket booking for scanning either on paper or phone – to gain entry. We will not have the systems to “look up” your tickets so you MUST bring them with you.
Please ensure you also bring proof of your valid membership to show at the gate as we will not be admitting you without it.
Social distancing must be observed at all times while on site. We reserve the right to ask you to leave if you or any of your party are not observing the current government regulations whilst visiting our site.
If you or anyone you have been in contact with anyone who has any symptoms of Coronavirus (new continuous cough, high temperature) please do not visit site.
Wash and dry hands responsibly before entering and leaving the site, before and after any animal contact, before and after using play equipment and very crucially before or after eating or drinking on site.
Be respectful of our staff and volunteers working during your visit. We will not tolerate any aggression or any invasion of personal space.
We have hand wash facilities around the site but please be aware we encourage hand washing above the use of hand gel as it is more effective and less damaging to the ecology of the farm.
We encourage the wearing of masks while on site as we are a care home so we must keep extra Covid secure.
MASKS MUST BE WORN INSIDE THE CHILDRENS BARN - YOU WILL BE REFUSED ACCESS TO THIS AREA IF YOU ARE NOT WEARING A MASK
Please dispose of any protective masks/gloves/wipes in the YELLOW Clinical Waste bins provided on site and NEVER in a standard bin.
Please follow the one way signs where applicable.
Please have patience as there will be new procedures on site which may take more time. Use the designated waiting zones but also use your common sense to ensure social distancing at all time.
We are a large site – so please spread out and enjoy it.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone found to be putting others at risk or purposely breaking the rules set out above.
Anyone behaving in this manner will be asked to leave site.
